Our products are shipped directly from our logistics center. After payment confirmation, your order will be prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. The return process is as follows:

- Our team will review your request and send you the return form and return address within 1 to 2 business days.
- Carefully package the product with the completed return form and ship it with a tracked carrier to the return address provided.
- Send the tracking number of your return shipment to support@bloomvillekids.com so we can track it.
Items must be unworn and unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Full terms can be found in our Return Policy.
