Separate the two colors of beads and move the beads through the middle square (move 4 beads at a time)

Der Versand ist bei Das Kofferhaus immer kostenlos – egal, ob Sie einen einzelnen Koffer, ein Kofferset oder mehrere Reisetaschen bestellen. Es gibt keinen Mindestbestellwert.

Nach Zahlungseingang bearbeiten wir Ihre Bestellung in der Regel innerhalb von 1–3 Werktagen. Die anschließende Lieferzeit beträgt durchschnittlich 4–11 Werktage. Insgesamt sollten Sie also mit etwa 1–2 Wochen rechnen, abhängig von Ihrem Wohnort und der Auslastung des Versanddienstleisters.

Wir empfehlen, mindestens 2–3 Wochen vor Reiseantritt zu bestellen. So haben Sie genügend Puffer, um Ihren Koffer in Ruhe zu prüfen und einzupacken – und sind auch bei kleinen Verzögerungen entspannt.

Bestellungen werden von Montag bis Freitag bearbeitet, ausgenommen gesetzlicher Feiertage. In Zeiten hoher Nachfrage (z. B. rund um Feiertage, Rabattaktionen oder den Ferienbeginn) kann sich die Bearbeitung leicht verlängern.

Ja. Sobald Ihre Bestellung versandt wurde, erhalten Sie eine Versandbestätigung per E-Mail mit der Sendungsverfolgungsnummer.

Die Rücksendekosten trägt der Kunde. Wir empfehlen daher, die Produktangaben, Maße und das Fassungsvermögen in Litern vor der Bestellung sorgfältig zu prüfen, damit der Koffer oder die Tasche Ihren Anforderungen an Handgepäck- oder Aufgabegepäckmaße entspricht.

Schreiben Sie eine E-Mail an kundenservice@daskofferhaus.de mit Ihrer Bestellnummer und dem Grund der Rückgabe. Sie erhalten anschließend die vollständigen Rücksendeanweisungen per E-Mail. Verpacken Sie den Artikel anschließend sicher – idealerweise im Originalkarton – und senden Sie ihn mit einem Versanddienstleister Ihrer Wahl mit Sendungsverfolgung zurück.

Nach Eingang und Prüfung des zurückgesendeten Artikels informieren wir Sie per E-Mail und veranlassen die Rückerstattung innerhalb von 10 Werktagen. Die Erstattung erfolgt über dieselbe Zahlungsmethode wie bei der ursprünglichen Bestellung. Je nach Bank oder Zahlungsanbieter kann es zu geringfügigen Verzögerungen kommen.
