We currently ship to the United States. Shipping outside the US is not available at this time.
Our products are shipped directly from our logistics center. After payment confirmation, your order will be prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping time is typically 10 to 21 business days, depending on customs processing and local delivery services. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 11 to 24 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. During holidays or increased customs inspections, these times may be longer.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the product following our return procedure and place a new order for the desired item. To start a return, contact our customer service at support@bloomvillekids.com with your order number.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. The return process is as follows:
- Send an email to support@bloomvillekids.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and send you the return form and return address within 1 to 2 business days.
- Carefully package the product with the completed return form and ship it with a tracked carrier to the return address provided.
- Send the tracking number of your return shipment to support@bloomvillekids.com so we can track it.
Items must be unworn and unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Full terms can be found in our Return Policy.
Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the same payment method used at purchase.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will immediately arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
